Bootcamp Prerequisites:
The most important pre-requisite for the CCNP bootcamp is the CCNA certification. You must be CCNA certified before you start the CCNP bootcamp. If you are not CCNA certified, ask about the CCNA + CCNP economy package.
The bootcamp is designed for I.T. Professionals with a minimum of one and a half years of networking experience, supporting a TCP/IP network. While not required, if you have any of the following certifications, you are most likely ready to take the CCNP bootcamp: MCSE 2000 or CNE.
To qualify for the bootcamp, you are required to take a 25 question, 50-minute online skills assessment test. In order to be able to take the test, you must pre-register, click here (info@megamind.org) to pre-register. Once you have pre-registered, we will instruct you how to proceed with the pre-assessment exam.
Student Materials:
You will receive four Cisco Press books. Cisco Press books are the definitive source for CCNP certification training. In addition, the bootcamp attendees will have access to Transcender tests for all the exams. Transcender is the undisputed leader in the test simulation software market — a $400 value!!
Vouchers and Testing:
You will receive 4 test vouchers. No additional payment is necessary for the vouchers.
The BootCamp will prepare you for the following exams:
640-503 Routing — Building Scalable Cisco Networks (BSCN)
640-504 Switching — Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN)
640-505 Remote Access — Building Cisco Remote Access Networks (BCRAN)
640-506 Support — Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting Support (CIT)
All Exams are delivered at the Training Center, which is an authorized VUE Testing Center. We will provide a large number of testing stations dedicated to the boot camp. A test administrator will be available throughout the day, and in the evening, to register you for the tests.
